Last weekend while running back and forth between a basketball game, and a talent show rehearsal, I was stopped dead in my tracks. I couldn't believe my eyes!
As if I'd seen something that no one would believe, I whipped out my cell phone and took a picture. I had to record this... it maybe the last functioning one of its kind. This pay phone is truly an endangered species.

Today is the first day this week I've not had a headache!
I've been suffering from a migraine, and it was terrible. What started Friday, with a blurred spot in my right eye, and a nervous trip to the eye doctor, turned out to be a migraine. Although the actual headache didn't start until Sunday, it was a nasty one!

I've given finals, graded the very last paper, and turned in my grades. The semester is officially over, and my summer has started!
For a few weeks, I'm changing shoes (instead of hats) and stepping into the Domestic Goddess role. The one where I cook, clean, wash, and cook some more. Last year I started a landscaping project, next to the driveway. When we moved into our house almost nine years ago, this space was a beautiful butterfly garden. Over the years, the monkey grass took over! The first thing I did was clear the plot, it quickly turned from a simple project into a monumental task. And that was just clearing!
